I May Try A Magnetic Knee Support To Fix My Knee
Getting older certainly is not a lot of fun, especially if you are working hard at maintaing your fitness level. As you get older, it seems that it is just harder to keep everything working correctly, especially your joints.
I love to run and what I call “power walk” on mountain bike trails near my house. I don’t do a lot of heavy jogging anymore because i think it pounds too much on your joints. I don’t want to unnecessarily injure myself if I can help it. I would rather walk twice as long or just walk faster and harder to maintain a level of physical fitness.
Well, not too long ago after one of the power walks on my local trails, I felt a dull pain in my knees. I didn’t pay too much attention to it because that is sometimes common with me. I ignored it and then I went and did another power walk on the second day also. That was 2 months ago and I’m still feeling a dull ache in my knees. I’ve tried about everything to make it heal. I first tried to ice the injury that I didn’t even think was an injury. After that, I started applying heat. After 2 months nothing seems to be working.
I’ve been doing a little research on magnetic knee supports lately. A lot of people are swearing about the healing power of magnets. I don’t really know if it’s true or not but I think I will soon try one just to see if a magnetic knee support will give me some comfort. I can only hope so.
I may even try a knee support pillow. It seems that when I wake up in the mornings that my knee aches more. I don’t know if I’m sleeping on it wrong or not but I know that amazon.com has a lot of different knee support pillows that people leave reviews on and they seem to like them a lot. Like I said, getting older is not so much fun when you have to deal with all of the aches and pains.

Dealing With Infant Acid Reflux
Friends of mine recently had a baby girl and it was a great day for them. They have been trying to have a child for about 2 years now. I always told them how having a baby would change their lives. I don’t really think they quite understood what I was talking about but I think now they do.
The little girl is about 7 months old now and the new parents are exhausted. I don’t get to see them all the time because we live in different cities about 2 hours away from each other. I do call them a lot though. It seems that they are very busy with their careers and raising their new baby.
While speaking to Jeff recently, he explained that they were not getting a lot of sleep because the baby wasn’t yet sleeping through the night. As a matter of fact, the baby was not sleeping a lot at all but she sure cried a lot and they thought she might have baby colic.
Their pediatrician told them it wasn’t a lot to worry about yet and that a lot of babies seem to cry for no reason. I asked Jeff if he had ever heard of infant acid reflux. I told him it was a condition common in infants and adults as well. Stomach acid actually comes back up into the baby’s esophagus and can burn the infant’s throat. I told him to schedule an appointment immediately with his pediatrician and ask if there is a possibility that their baby is possibly suffering from infant acid reflux. Sometimes this condition is called pediatric GERD.
I hope he schedules an appointment this week and I’m curios how the checkup goes. The baby and the parents need their rest for sure. There is nothing worse than a baby crying and the feeling of helplessness on the part of a parent.

Learning More About Hair Removal
Ok, I’m still on my odyssey for the best way to remove some hair from my body. I have been studying it a lot lately and researching on the internet and I think I’m becoming a semi-expert. One thing I never expected was the sheer amount of videos on youtube about hair removal. Good lord, if someone took the time and studied all of the videos over a period of time, you could become an expert in just about any area.
One thing that seems to be pretty obvious to me is that you want to make sure an expert does your hair removal. There are a lot of hair salons and clinics that are in the game and I guess that’s ok if you want a waxing or something, but if you are getting laser hair removal, I’d use a medical clinic for sure.
Cost’s are all over the place and some of the treatments, you have to go back several times. Why me? Why does my friggin hair have to cost me to remove? It seems like it’s always something. Am I being vain because of this? I’ve been married a long time and intend to stay that way, so it’s not like I need it because I’m in the dating scene.
Check out the video I found on youtube about Brazilian Laser Hair Removal. The expressions on the ladies faces is priceless. I’m glad I’m not a woman and have to go through this.

When Getting Your Prostate Checked, Best To Get A Female Doctor With Small Fingers
Well, I went back to the doctor today and I didn’t see my man doctor…a lady doctor walked in. Ok, I pretty much knew that she would be looking at my junk and I was a little self conscience. I actually think she was a part of my surgery. Sure enough, she asked me how I was doing and then the words came. Drop your pants and let’s see how things are doing. I dropped them and she fondled and looked at my balls…in a medical way of course. It is still uncomfortable to me. She said my surgery was looking good. then she asked when was the last time I had my prostate checked and a PSA blood test? It’s been a while so guess what? I dropped m y pants again and she stuck her finger in my ass and checked my prostate. She said it felt fine. Her finger was small so I hardly felt a thing. Thank the good lord. Another nurse came in and took blood for my PSA. Getting old is hell but it beats the alternative.

Man Surgery On My Jewels
Since I was on a bit of a rant with my last post, I thought I would continue. Another problem with getting older is the fact that some of your parts don’t work like they used to. Stuff sags. Stuff inflates and gets fat. Things on an older man do not heal like they once used to. Hey, I’m not really trying to complain because I’ll take a few of these problems versus being put in the ground.
Over the last few years, I developed a condition called hydrocele. Hydrocele is common in baby boys and older men. Guess where I fit in? Here is the down and dirty. Your balls, testicles, are enclosed in a sac of fluid. Sometimes the fluid starts to increase on the sac and the fluid does not go away. The sac around your nuts start to increase in size with no where for the fluid to go. What happens? Your ball sac, scrotum, starts to get larger and larger. Is it dangerous? No not really but your pants will start to show the bulge as it gets larger. The ladies will think you are hung like a pony. After a while it gets uncomfortable and you become self-conscience about it. This is what happened to me and I went to my urologist and he scheduled surgery for me. I’m now in my second week of recovery and things are going great. Most of the pain is going away and I was luvky that I never had a lot of pain from the hydrocele surgery.
Here is a youtube video of what the process looks like. It’s a little gross, so beware. If any of you men have hydrocele and want it fixed, here is what to expect.

Hair Remover. Which Hair Remover Treatment Is My Best Option?
What is it about getting older that says you have to start growing hair in places that you have never had hair before? Nothing wrong with hair as long as it’s in the right places, like my head but that’s where it doesn’t really want to grow anymore. As I have aged, I think I’m becoming my Dad. I have hair growing in my damn ear! Every so often I just grab the little things and pull them out. My nose now seems to be a garden for the long white stems that serve no purpose other than to tickle my nose. No amount of rubbing will get rid of them. I have had to resort to using my wife’s magnified mirror and her tweezers to remove the seemingly stalks and watch the tears run out of my eyes on each pluck. It’s all starting to piss me off.
All my life I have had a nice smooth back. I love to go around without a shirt in the summer time strutting my stuff. But for some reason, the hair curse has now attacked parts of my back with patches of back hair. It’s not a lot but enough that it almost looks weird and I am self conscious about it. My wife tells me to shave the hair off my back but I can’t because it’s on my friggin back. I need her to shave the hair off and she says it’s gross and doesn’t want to do it. What do I do now? Not really sure. I’ve heard that waxing can hurt and electrolysis can take a lot of painful treatments. I just need to decide on a good hair remover treatment or product. Laser hair removal is expensive and I don’t have a ton of hair that needs to be gone. I guess it’s the price we pay to get older.
